How do I send my artwork?
Upload it right on the product page. Prefer email? Order first, then send your files to hello@brightwirelabs.dev with your order number.
Do you charge sales tax and shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat rate added at checkout. Sales tax applies where required.
What is blind drop-shipping?
We ship your order straight to your client in unbranded packaging, so it looks like it came from you. Ideal for agencies, designers and resellers.
Can you help with design?
Yes. We can build artwork from scratch, adapt your logo and brand, or prep your files for print.
What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF is best. We also take AI, EPS, PSD, PNG and JPG and will flag anything that needs fixing.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Order small runs on almost every product. We recommend the most cost-effective quantity.
How long does it take?
